Alongside its premium all-business class service, XEJet is finalizing an Express service on its E190 aircraft, offering 104 economy seats. Moreover, this service retains XEJet’s luxury standards while providing a quality option for economy passengers, broadening access to air travel.

He said,” We founded XEJet to redefine air travel through a unique and innovative approach that sets us apart in the industry. Our Premium service enhances convenience while reaffirming our commitment to quality and excellence in aviation for all passengers. We are bringing premium service into the commercial aviation world to elevate the travel experience for our customers.

“Our primary focus is to deliver exceptional, professional, and prestigious air transport services inspired by safety, quality, and security standards. We will continue to push boundaries to meet the needs of our customers while prioritizing safety in all aspects of our operations. With a strong history of innovation and a clear focus on the future, we are at the forefront of change in aviation.”

In addition, Iza assured travelers that XEJet’s fares will remain competitive on all operated routes. “I assure you our fares will be competitive,” he stated, adding, “You will not have to break the bank.” He emphasized that passengers could check the airline’s website for specific offerings and affordable pricing. Iza noted that keeping fares accessible is central to XEJet’s vision of premium yet affordable service.

Explaining the airline’s commitment to long-term success, Iza said he studied factors causing other airlines to struggle in Nigeria. He clarified that one of XEJet’s driving goals is to establish longevity in the market and break industry norms. He explained, “For every business to succeed, you need to have a business plan,” adding that he aims to avoid mistakes that other airlines have made. Reflecting on industry benchmarks, Iza congratulated Air Peace for reaching ten years and expressed determination to achieve similar success.

While discussing the challenges XEJet faces, Iza explained that their approach to management and problem-solving can significantly differentiate them in the market. “Well, every business has its challenges,” he said, elaborating on issues like sudden fuel price increases that affect budget projections. He noted that effective management could be crucial in meeting requirements and maintaining quality service despite such obstacles.

In his earlier presentation, Iza outlined the airline’s multiple services, including scheduled flights, charter services, aircraft maintenance, and leasing. XEJet’s scheduled products include XEJet Premium and XEJet Express, designed to cater to a diverse range of travelers. XEJet boasts a versatile fleet that includes Embraer 145s, 190s, CRJ Bombardiers, and luxury charters featuring Gulfstreams, Global 6000, and Hawker 850s.
