Somebody flying corporate 12 people you are asking me for the same requirement as somebody flying a triple seven (777) to Dubai it doesn’t make sense, so when we unbundle those regulations it opens up the industry and what that does, all those excess pilots and excess engineers that don’t have jobs they will be absorbed, they will get experience and move on to the bigger airline industry and then those people.

Understand, if NCAA is somehow  perceived as a corrupt organization, it means all the operators, all the  aviation businesses will find it difficult to charter aircraft and it makes the whole business much more difficult for us that is why we had to come out and tell the world, this is not a vendetta: A, B, C, D happened and if you evidence  together you can see the accident chain is forming and then somebody has to take an axe and break that chain and that is exactly what we do.

“It’s a good thing to desire to come onboard. I’m only explaining to you because in the past we have had cases where one or two intending operators come out to say NCAA is delaying for tribal and sentimental reasons. It is not so, this process is a black and white thing, what you need to do in one phase to go to second, second to third, you fulfill it and the team that are in charge work as a team, it is not by the director general at any particular time. It’s a team of engineers, airworthiness inspectors, medical it’s a team and nobody can influence the other."
