NIGERIAN Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has released another aircraft, this one G-PABO belonging to Jet Support Services stating that it was also erroneously grounded under Specs Part G of the Air Operator’s Certificate due to non-compliance and or violations of the provision of NCARS Part 9.2.3.4(b).
The aircraft, a Challenger CL604 was released to service with immediate effect yesterday July 7, 2020.
A Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) from the Nigerian Airspace Management Agency (NAMA) Aeronautical Telecommunication Service dated today 7th July, 2020 to all stations with text AA0032/04071819 releasing the aircraft to fly read:
“The DG-NCAA has that G-PABO, CL604 belonging to Jet Support Services that was erroneously included among the grounded aircraft via signal no AA0041/03072005, hence the aircraft is released with immediate effect to resume normal operations. Please act accordingly. Regards.”
Recall a similar NOTAM was issued to release CL604-N604WL operated by West Link Airlines same day.
