Enhanced Airport Services for Hajj Pilgrims Assured by FAAN

The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) has committed to providing improved services for Hajj pilgrims travelling to Saudi Arabia in 2024.

According to the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON), the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah early timeline this year will benefit pilgrims.

Mrs. Obiageli Orah, FAAN’s spokesperson, emphasized the agency’s dedication to ensuring top-quality services for Nigerian pilgrims. She announced significant operational changes.

FAAN will collaborate closely with airlines, cargo handlers, and state agencies to optimise services for pilgrims.

Mrs. Obiageli highlighted forthcoming improvements, including streamlined queues, efficient baggage handling, and prompt passenger services.

She emphasized the importance of timely customer care and maintaining a clean environment during the pilgrimage operations.
