Come April 17, due to popular demand, Air Peace will resume its flight services to Makurdi, the Benue State Capital and the food basket of the nation with three weekly flights from both Lagos and Abuja.
According to the airline, tickets are already on sale on its mobile app and website www.flyairpeace.com.
Air Peace had first commenced operations into Makurdi on December 7, 2020 in line with its route expansion drive becoming the only airline then operating Lagos-Makurdi flights.
After a hiatus on the route, the airline announced a resumption of flights to Makurdi from Lagos and Abuja on December 17 operating on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and continuing its ‘No City Left Behind’ drive.
Now, due to numerous calls, the airline states that it is re-commencing Makurdi operations to give excellent services to the people of Benue and provide better connectivity into and out of the state with its massive route network across Nigeria.
Air Peace currently services 20 domestic routes, 6 regional routes and 2 international destinations with plans soon to commence operations into China and Tel Aviv, Israel.
