The NATCA President appreciates the government’s effort in amending the Staff Condition of Service for agencies.
Expressing concerns about the CoS, Agoro notes NATCA’s engagement with NAMA, hoping for a resolution to prevent industrial issues. “As an interested party, NATCA appreciates the government’s effort in releasing the long-awaited amended Staff CoS for agencies.”
“We hope these concerns have been adequately addressed to forestall any industrial impasse.”
Addressing sector challenges, Agoro stresses restricted funding for critical projects like AIS automation and TRACON modernization.
Despite challenges, he acknowledges NAMA Management’s resourcefulness in finding solutions to system issues.
