The Nigerian Airspace Management Agency (NAMA) reaffirmed its dedication to enhancing airspace safety through reinforced collaboration with the Nigerian Airforce.
During a courtesy visit to the Nigerian Airforce Headquarters in Abuja, Engr. A.U. Farouk, Managing Director of NAMA, engaged in discussions with Air Marshal Hassan Abubakar, Chief of Air Staff.
Engr. Farouk emphasized the crucial role of the Airforce in protecting Nigeria’s airspace, expressing gratitude for existing cooperation and eagerness to explore further opportunities.
Air Marshal Hassan stressed the enduring commitment needed for the partnership, highlighting its profound impact on Nigeria’s aviation sector efficiency and safety.
He also urged NAMA’s support in accrediting the Air Traffic School Training Centre (ATSTC) in Kaduna to bolster manpower and capacity.
