BARELY one week in, the Akwa Ibom government state-owned airline, Ibom Air, has taken delivery another of its Airbus A220-300 aircraft, SU-GFA.
The aircraft which landed at 11:03 local time is leased from Egypt Air and brings the airline’s fleet size to seven (7)

The aircraft would soon be put into service, according to sources, to bridge the capacity gap currently bedeviling the aviation industry and boost the airline’s capacity especially as it has plans to commence international operations with The Gambia, Equatorial Guinea, Cameroon and Ghana on its sights.
