The appointment followed a thorough selection process by Aero-Sys to identify a reliable and competent partner for its operations in Nigeria.

Under the agreement, Belujane Konzult will oversee the marketing, sales, and after-sale support of Aero-Sys products in Nigeria. These include AvioBridges, Ground Power Units (GPU), dollies, carts, fixed walkways, automation systems, baggage handling systems, and airport gate equipment.

In a letter conveying the appointment, Aero-Sys Director, Peter Yan, said the company was pleased to authorise Belujane Konzult as its trusted partner.

“The authorisation is granted in recognition of Belujane Konzult’s capacity and commitment to delivering high-quality products and services in accordance with aviation standards,” Yan stated.

Belujane Konzult will also provide spare parts and technical support to ensure Aero-Sys products meet international safety and operational benchmarks in Nigeria’s airport sector.

Reacting to the development, Mr. Obuke Oyibotha, Principal Consultant and Executive Director of Belujane Konzult, expressed appreciation for the recognition.

He noted that the appointment by Aero-Sys was a result of Belujane’s proven expertise and dedication to service delivery within the aviation industry.

“This appointment did not come as a surprise given our consistent record of innovation and collaboration in aviation infrastructure development,” Oyibotha said.

He recalled Belujane Konzult’s pioneering role in conceiving and executing the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model between the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), the Airport Company of Ghana, and Intercontinental Bank (now Access Bank).

Through that initiative, Belujane facilitated the installation of airport seating at Murtala Muhammed Airport, Lagos (3,000 seats), Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja (2,000 seats), and Kotoka International Airport, Accra, Ghana—all at no cost to the respective airport authorities.

According to Oyibotha, the partnership with Aero-Sys will further strengthen Nigeria’s access to world-class aviation support systems and improve passenger experience across airports.

Aero-Sys remains a global leader in advanced airport infrastructure solutions, committed to supporting efficiency, safety, and sustainability in the aviation ground operations sector.
