Abduction alert: Armed bandits attack Kaduna Airport staff quarters, abduct NAMA, NIMET staff

ARMED bandits in the early hours of Saturday March 6, 2021 attacked the Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) Quarters in Kaduna, abducting about 11 persons who are staff of the Nigerian Airspace Management Agency ( NAMA), Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NIMET) and their families

Nigerianflightdeck learnt that the bandits gained access to the quarters through the airport runway at about midnight on Saturday and went straight to the quarters of their victims.

A staff of FAAN who pleaded anonymity confirmed the attack describing it as sad and very unfortunate.

Eyewitnesses also revealed there were gunshots and the menace had met resistance but that was not enough as they were able to escape with the abductees on motorbikes.

He also revealed that a staff of NAMA, identified as Mr. Ilori ând his  family of six(6) were part of those abducted .
