Air Peace has strengthened its premium travel offering with a new complimentary airport pick-up service delivered through SIMPLAA for eligible First Class and Business Class passengers on its London routes.
The new service complements the airline’s existing complimentary airport drop-off service. Consequently, eligible passengers can now access premium transfers before departure and after arrival, creating a more connected journey from their preferred location to the airport and onward to their destination.
SIMPLAA Extends Air Peace Premium Travel Experience
The service is available in Lagos, Abuja, Heathrow and Gatwick, covering key locations in Nigeria and the United Kingdom. Eligible passengers can therefore arrange transfers from their homes, offices or other preferred locations when travelling on qualifying tickets.
Speaking on the initiative, Air Peace Chief Commercial Officer, Mr Nowel Ngala, said the airline remained focused on improving the customer experience beyond the flight itself.
“At Air Peace, we remain committed to continuously improving the travel experience for our customers. The addition of the complimentary pick-up service reflects our dedication to providing comfort, convenience and world-class service beyond the flight itself.
“Through our partnership with SIMPLAA, we are creating a seamless journey from doorstep to destination.”
Under the arrangement, First Class passengers receive complimentary transfers covering up to 70 miles from Heathrow or Gatwick. Meanwhile, Business Class passengers are entitled to transfers covering up to 60 miles from either airport.
In Nigeria, the coverage differs by location. Eligible passengers travelling through Abuja can access complimentary transfers of up to 60 kilometres, while those using Lagos can access transfers covering up to 40 kilometres.
The two services, covering pick-up and drop-off, are designed to extend the premium experience beyond the aircraft. This means eligible passengers can receive assistance with their airport journey before departure and after landing.
Passengers travelling on eligible tickets booked from October 1, 2026, will receive an email containing a link to activate their rides. The link will also allow passengers to confirm their pick-up and drop-off locations before using the service.
The activation process is intended to make the transfer arrangements straightforward. Passengers can therefore confirm their locations ahead of travel and reduce the need for additional arrangements before reaching or leaving the airport.
The introduction of the SIMPLAA service also adds another element to Air Peace’s international passenger offering. The airline said the initiative reinforces its focus on innovation and customer-centred services.
Air Peace has continued to connect Nigerian travellers with international destinations through its London operations. The new transfer arrangement adds a ground transportation component to the premium experience offered to eligible passengers on those routes.
For customers planning eligible journeys, bookings can be made through the Air Peace website, its mobile application, accredited travel agencies and major booking platforms worldwide.
Passengers can also obtain further information through the airline’s customer contact channels. The initiative gives eligible First Class and Business Class travellers additional transfer support at selected locations in Nigeria and the United Kingdom.
