The new fees for a 32-page, five-year validity Passport will be ₦100,000, doubling from its previous ₦50,000.

For a 64-page, ten-year validity document, the cost will rise to ₦200,000 from ₦100,000.

These increases continue a trend that began on September 1, 2024, when the fees were previously raised from ₦35,000 and ₦70,000 respectively.

According to a statement from Service Public Relations Officer ACI AS Akinlabi, this review aims to uphold the quality and integrity of the Nigerian Passport.

Fees for Nigerians in the diaspora remain unchanged.

The Service states its commitment to balancing quality service with accessibility for all Nigerians.
