During a sensitization program on ACI Airport Service Quality Initiative, Mohammed expresses dissatisfaction and warns of disciplinary action this festive season.

He challenges government agency representatives to excel in their duties, emphasizing surveillance cameras’ omnipresence.

Mohammed asserts that FAAN will no longer tolerate misconduct, urging airport workers to enhance the country’s reputation through courtesy and respect.

Emphasizing inter-agency collaboration, he encourages synergy to avoid negative perceptions, fostering an open dialogue during the interactive session for constructive suggestions.
