Starting from 12:00 AM on Friday, March 8th, Wakanow websites across Nigeria, Ghana, Sierra Leone, Gambia, Liberia, Togo, Cameroon, Cote d’Ivoire, Dubai, and the UK will showcase the iconic purple hue, symbolizing solidarity with women globally.

In a statement released to the media, women leaders at Wakanow affirmed the company’s dedication to fostering inclusion and diversity.

Adenike Macaulay, CEO of Wakanow Nigeria, stressed the significance of empowering women, declaring Wakanow’s unwavering support for women worldwide.

She highlighted the company’s cultural commitment to inclusion, expressing pride in transforming the website and logo into purple symbols.

“By going purple, we symbolize our commitment to driving positive change and fostering an environment where all women can thrive”, Adenike stated. 

As a token of appreciation, Wakanow will offer exclusive discounts to women purchasing its products from March 8th to March 15th.
