A new aviation services company, Hawaz International Dynamics Ltd, has officially commenced operations with plans to strengthen Nigeria’s aviation and travel industry through strategic support services and regulatory compliance solutions.
The company, officially known as Hawaz International Dynamics Ltd, announced the commencement of operations following its successful incorporation under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020 by the Corporate Affairs Commission on March 13, 2025.
According to a statement signed by Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Tai Hassan Ejibunu, the company intends to deliver professional aviation solutions driven by innovation, operational efficiency and global best practices.

The management stated that Hawaz International entered the industry to address operational gaps within Nigeria’s rapidly expanding aviation ecosystem. In addition, the company disclosed that it had secured operational recognitions and certifications from key aviation institutions.
These institutions include the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority, Nigerian Airspace Management Agency, International Air Transport Association, National Association of Nigeria Travel Agencies and the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria.
The company explained that its operations would cover foreign airline representation, aviation compliance support, landing and overflight permit processing as well as strategic aviation consultancy services.
Meanwhile, Hawaz International also unveiled travel and tour services under its operational trade name, Hawaz Travels and Tours. The company said the division would provide international ticketing, visa procurement and travel support services for governments, corporate organisations and individual travellers.
In addition, the firm confirmed that it would coordinate Hajj and Umrah pilgrimage operations for religious travellers seeking reliable travel arrangements and aviation logistics support.
Management further disclosed that one of the company’s strongest advantages remained the extensive aviation experience within its leadership structure. According to the statement, the management team possesses more than 80 years of combined aviation industry experience.
The Chairman previously served as Director of Air Transport Management at the Federal Ministry of Aviation and Aerospace Development before his retirement from public service.
The company stressed that all operations would strictly comply with international aviation standards and regulatory frameworks established by ICAO, IATA, NCAA and NAMA.

Furthermore, the management expressed readiness to collaborate with foreign airlines, travel operators, investors and aviation stakeholders seeking dependable operational support services within Nigeria and across Africa.
