ARIK Air management (In Receivership) has announced that its local pilots have called off their strike and have since resumed work since December 24th 2021.

The airline says, “All our scheduled flights are currently operating optimally.

“We regret any inconvenience our passengers may have suffered as a result of the strike action and assure all of our continued commitment to operate safely.”

Recall the airline had to let go of some of its local pilots who claimed they had safety and other issues to grind out with management.

This led to a strike as both parties could not find grounds to meet and subsequently the sack of the local pilots.

It would seem that all parties have reached a compromise.
