Nigerian Safety Investigation Bureau says it has been alerted to a Kaduna-Abuja Train Derailment. Three carriages were reported to have skidded off the tracks.
The Kaduna-Abuja Train Derailment happened halfway into the journey at Jere. NSIB says it has deployed a go team to the derailment site.
The train which had dozens of passengers on board departed Kaduna around 8:05 am.
