The aircraft spotted at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport today touched down in the afternoon.
Overland in 2021 announced a firm order for three new Embraer E175 regional jets, plus rights for the purchase of a further three.
The scheduled and charter operator based in Nigeria struck the deal worth $299.4 million, at list prices, if all purchase rights are exercised.
President and CEO of Overland Airways, Capt. Edward Boyo, said the airline is confident this was the right time to invest.
He attributed this to the fact that regional aviation is on an optimistic post-pandemic recovery.
The aircraft delivered has a premium class cabin configuration and 88-seats.
