Dr Allen Onyema, Air Peace Chairman, urges Nigerians to bolster indigenous businesses for economic growth, gifting six Return Tickets to London.

During the Silverbird Man of the Year Awards on Sunday, March 3, 2024, Onyema emphasized the need to reject violence and embrace peace.

He underscored the significance of backing local enterprises to expedite economic progress, urging Nigerians to favor domestic brands over foreign ones.

Highlighting Air Peace’s recent fare reduction for its London service, Onyema portrayed it as a patriotic gesture benefiting Nigerians.

Similarly, Senator Ben Murray Bruce, Silverbird Group CEO, urged Nigerians to support Air Peace and other local ventures.

The raffle draw at the awards ceremony granted winners tickets for Air Peace’s March 30 flight to London, including visa processing.

Onyema explained the discount’s aim to alleviate financial burdens, especially for parents of Nigerian students studying abroad.

Air Peace has announced incredibly low fares of 1.2 million naira for a Return Economy ticket and 4 million naira for a Return Business ticket with a further 15 percent discount for Nigerians studying in the United Kingdom.
