Nigerian Aviation Handling Company Plc (NAHCO Aviance) has solidified its position as a leading ground handling service provider in West Africa by extending its contracts with Emirates, Virgin Atlantic, and Turkish Airlines. These renewed agreements will play a pivotal role in achieving the company’s ambitious revenue projection of N300 billion by 2029, a target announced during its recent Facts Behind the Figures presentation at the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX). The extensions reflect the trust and confidence these global carriers place in NAHCO’s operational expertise and service excellence.

Emirates, which resumed scheduled operations in Nigeria in October, has extended its ground handling partnership with NAHCO for an additional five years. This comprehensive agreement underscores the airline’s satisfaction with the quality and reliability of services provided. Virgin Atlantic, known for its premium service standards, has consistently entrusted its Nigerian operations to NAHCO due to the company’s consistent track record. Similarly, Turkish Airlines has maintained a longstanding relationship with NAHCO, relying on its expertise to facilitate smooth operations over the years. Prince Saheed Lasisi, the Group Executive Director for Commercial and Business Development, described the contract renewals as a significant affirmation of NAHCO’s operational excellence. “It is a measure of the trust that these airlines have in us. We are delighted with this development and will go beyond expectations to ensure these carriers remain the most satisfied operating into and out of Nigeria,” Lasisi stated. He reiterated that maintaining such partnerships is essential for any ground handler striving to meet the operational standards of world-class airlines.

As NAHCO continues to secure strategic partnerships, it further strengthens its position as a regional leader in aviation handling. The company’s unwavering commitment to innovation, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction underpins its goal of achieving N300 billion revenue by 2029. With such robust support from international airlines, NAHCO is poised to enhance shareholder value while setting new benchmarks in ground handling excellence across the region.
