Governor Uno Udom Bassey Emmanuel actively discussed a potential MRO facility concession with Minister Festus Keyamo during a visit.

Emmanuel, who invited Keyamo for an inspection tour in Akwa Ibom, emphasized the goal, stating, “So, we’re looking at factoring out a symbiotic relationship between Akwa Ibom State and your office.”

Minister Keyamo, in response, commended Akwa Ibom’s commitment to providing top-notch airline services. 

Governor Emmanuel earlier highlighted the success of Ibom Air. He mentioned the recent delivery of ten Airbus A220-300 aircraft to enhance operations and facilitate expansion across diverse African destinations.
