West and Central Africa’s largest airline, Air Peace Limited, has teamed up with smartphone brand Tecno Nigeria in a groundbreaking partnership. The collaboration, titled Free to Snap Soar, aims to excite travelers, boost brand loyalty, and integrate creativity with travel.
As part of the promotion, the two brands are rolling out campaign phases called “Fly and Win” and “Snap and Win.” These phases are designed to reward passengers and bring fun, excitement, and technology into the skies.
In a recent surprise activation on one of Air Peace’s scheduled flights, passengers were gifted Tecno’s Camon 40 smartphones. The giveaway happened mid-air and formed a core highlight of the “Fly and Win” segment of the campaign. flyers received the latest Camon 40 series phone, showcasing the value both brands place on customer experience.
Meanwhile, the “Snap and Win” segment is more interactive and social-media driven. During flights, passengers are urged to capture creative in-flight moments using their smartphones. These photos, when shared on social platforms with proper tags to both Air Peace and Tecno Nigeria, give participants the opportunity to win prizes. These include a free Economy class return ticket on any Air Peace domestic route and another Camon 40 phone.
Additionally, live draws are held via online platforms to further engage the public. These draws aim to keep the campaign active while attracting tech-savvy and travel-loving audiences. Through this multi-platform approach, both companies are deepening their brand connection with customers.

On April 30, 2025, passengers flying between Lagos and London were showered with souvenirs and in-flight surprises. Tecno Nigeria provided gifts while Air Peace added exclusive travel rewards, making it a memorable international celebration.
