LAST week’s tsunami that affected no fewer than 22 Directors and General Managers at the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN), may have thrown some new people in the mix to be directors and general managers in that agency.

Investigations by Nigerianflightdeck.com reveals that some names have already been penciled down to take over positions in FAAN, including a member of the President’s 2015 Transition Committee, Mrs Nike Aboderin who is coming in as Director, Finance.

It was gathered that since June when the restructuring and redeployment of staff in FAAN was reported, government was already looking for people it could trust to man key positions and help block leakages.

However, our medium learnt that as at three weeks ago, Mrs Aboderin had been employed by the Ministry of Aviation and has been issued her letter.

Our source cannot confirm yet but tells Nigerianflightdeck.com that another has been employed in FAAN as Director, Commercial.

Mrs. Nike Aboderin, was a member of President Muhammed Buhari’s Transition committee in 2015 and is also a representative of the private sector on the transition committee.
