Xejet Renews Air Operator Certificate
Chief Executive Officer, Xejet Limited, Mr. Emmanuel Iza receiving the Air Operator Certificate (AOC) from Captain Chris Najomo, the Acting Director General of Civil Aviation

Xejet renews Air Operator Certificate.  Last Friday, the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) issued a renewed AOC document to Xejet Limited at its Abuja Headquarters.

The AOC renewal streamlines Xejet’s chartered operations, reflecting an effort to simplify processes.

Captain Chris Najomo, the Acting Director General of Civil Aviation, emphasized the NCAA’s commitment to enhancing the aviation sector’s business environment, fostering new investments.

This streamlined AOC process showcases the NCAA’s shift towards a more business-friendly approach.

The DGCA stressed compliance with AOC terms, highlighting consequences for non-compliance rather than punitive measures.

NCAA has issued three AOCs in under four months, intending to attract new investors with simplified procedures.

Captain Najomo while unveiling the agencies thrust under his stewardship insisted on simplifying processes and procedures. The regulator not only renews Air Operator Certificate but monitors its recipients to ensure they do not fall below safety and economic standards.

CEO Emmanuel Iza of Xejet Limited pledged adherence to industry regulations, citing NCAA’s improved business climate.

Mr. Iza plans to promote the simplified AOC acquisition process as a beneficiary of NCAA’s business-friendly policy.
