United Nigeria Airlines marked a significant milestone as its Airbus A320 touched down at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport on Sunday, October 15. The arrival was acknowledged with a water salute from the Fire Service of the Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria (FAAN).

Head of Corporate Communications, Mr. Achilleus-Chud Uchegbu, shared that the new aircraft would soon serve on expanded routes, including destinations like Sokoto, Kano, Jos, Benin, and Ebonyi. This aligns with the airline’s vision to connect more Nigerians with their destinations while prioritizing safety and comfort.

Chairman Prof. Obiora Okonkwo’s commitment to strategic expansion is evident, with promises of additional aircraft in the near future. The airline has promptly increased flight frequencies across all routes, offering passengers more travel options. United Nigeria Airlines aims to provide reliable and convenient travel experiences as it continues to grow its services.
