On achievements so far since taking the reins of office, Galadima said,” When we took over the reins of leadership four years ago, we inherited a NAAPE that owed rent and indebted (to the tune of over N5million). Today as we speak for the first time in almost four decades NAAPE now has its own office building and other rooms for rent all debt cleared.”

“We also in a bid to promote the welfare and well-being of our members authored a compendium of fifty (50) outstanding Pilots and Engineers which recognizes merits and encourages mentoring

“We collaborated with AirTech Aviation Support Limited and developed a data base for pilots and engineers; we put NAAPE on the global stage through a functional website.”

He also said above all, NAAPE under his watch has succeeded in negotiating conditions of services in all its branches .

“We have negotiated favourable Conditions of Services for our branches, although other branches still have theirs at approval stage, we will vigorously pursue this to its logical conclusion

Galadima explained that the COVID-19 threw great challenges resulting in labour/industrial crises, we rose to the occasion and successfully defended the entire pilots and aircraft maintenance community.

He also said the current crop of executives concluded the constitutional amendment process inherited  from their predecessors among other things stating that if given the opportunity they intend to consolidate and put the association on a firmer footing.
