After completing and complying with the six (6) phased certification processes of Quality Sistema Inspection and Certification, Leadstream Aviation Nigeria has been certified with the International Organization for Standardization ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System( QMS) requirement for delivering of quality training in aviation.

Europe and Africa representative of Quality Sistema inspection and certification, Capt Oladeji Folayan, PhD who issued the certificate to Managing Director of Leadstream, Engineer Roland Ahmed in his office explained that the six phased process were a thorough process that examined the ATOs processes and procedures, as well as ability to meet standards.
The six phases are the (i & ii) Application phase, Site inspection & documentation review, audit stages,(iii) CAPA closures,(vi) Upload of evidence to Certification committee,(v) Certification committee decision, (vi) Certificate issuance.
Leadstream Aviation is now accredited for a duration of 3 years before a recertification process commences, and within the duration of certification the ATO will undergo yearly surveillance audit to remain in force for the certification validity period.
Captain Folayan PhD in a statement obtained by NigerianFLIGHTDECK explained that some benefits of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System include streamlined training scalable process, continual improvement of training quality process and procedure to meet required and accredited world standard, monitoring through surveillance on training quality requirement compliance, resources management, acceptability and evidence of ability to collaborate with international educational institution, acceptability as an institution that demonstrate quality standard product.
He commended Leadstream stating that the ATO has gone a bold step in the bright direction as the benefits of the certification are numerous.
MD Leadstream, Roland Ahmed who spoke to NigerianFLIGHTDECK on the need for seeking the certification said it would further put Leadstream on the map and align its operations to international standard in the contemporary world of quality training delivery, stressing that the ATO would have processes and procedures that meet accredited world standards.
