Kenneth Tyoapine Udo, a Deputy Comptroller of Immigration (DCI), is appointed as the new Service Public Relations Officer (SPRO).
With approval from the Comptroller General, Kemi Nanna Nandap, Udo succeeds Adedotun Aridegbe, recently promoted to Comptroller.
A native of Konshisha LGA in Benue State, Udo holds a Sociology degree from the University of Abuja.
His professional journey includes completing various courses nationally and internationally, enhancing his expertise in migration management.
With extensive experience in Migration Management, Udo served in various capacities within NIS, notably aiding high-ranking officials.
He served as Immigration Attaché in Washington DC, USA, and later as the Dean of Discipline in Ahoada, Rivers State.
Before his recent appointment, he held the position of 2 i/c Migration Management at the Service Headquarters in Abuja.
Transitioning seamlessly, Udo is now stationed at the NIS headquarters, ready to represent the Service with professionalism and dedication.
