Former General Manager, Customer Service at the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria, Mrs. Ann Idu, gracefully retired at age: 60. The ceremony, held at the NIGAV center MMIA, attracted both top management and staff from various departments of FAAN.
Representing the Managing Director, Mr. Kabir Mohammed, Mrs. Nike Aboderin expressed gratitude to Mrs. Idu for her commendable service. Mohammed presented a plaque to the outgoing GM, acknowledging her significant contribution to FAAN’s growth.
During the ceremony, Mr. Fortune Idu, the celebrant’s husband, praised his wife’s virtues and dedicated service, welcoming everyone to celebrate God’s goodness in her life.
In their goodwill messages, FAAN staff lauded Mrs. Idu for her selflessness and valuable counsel. The celebration featured traditional dancers. Thereafter, it showcased Mrs. Idu’s early life in the UK, her time in Nigeria, and her impactful stay at FAAN.
The highlight of the event included cutting the 60th-anniversary cake, toasting to the celebrant, and staff presenting heartfelt gifts to Mrs. Ann Idu.
