This collaboration is a significant step following the joint statement by Nigerian President Ahmed Bola Tinubu and Chinese President Xi Jinping during the China-Africa Forum for Cooperation. Their agreement aimed to elevate the relationship between China and Nigeria to a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership.
