Kingsley Ezenwa, Dana’s Head of Corporate Communications, emphasized safety as the foremost consideration. The pilot, detecting cockpit indications and improper parameters, decided not to take off, adhering to strict safety standards. Affected passengers were offered compensations and various options, such as refunds or rescheduling.
