To enhance workplace health and safety, Acting DGCA Capt. Chris Najomo received 18 first aid boxes and four blood pressure machines. The health equipment came from Mr. Horatius Egua, Director of Special Duties and initiative aligns with the NCAA’s effort to achieve ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 certifications. The handover occurred at NCAA’s Corporate Headquarters in Abuja.
 Additionally, the project is part of Capt. Najomo’s agenda, aiming to prioritize good health for workers and workplace safety across NCAA’s operations.
Capt. Najomo emphasized that short-term goals focus on making the NCAA a safety-compliant organisation.
Looking ahead, projects include approving a sick bay, conducting fire drills, and partnering with the Red Cross and Nigeria Federal Fire Service for training. These steps reinforce Capt. Najomo’s commitment to improving workplace health and safety in aviation.
