BASL is working on sorting out conveyor belt challenges- Source

THE challenge that has caused issues with passengers’ facilitation at the Murtala Muhammed Airport Terminal 2 ( MMA2) is currently being looked at and would soon be sorted a source close to management has revealed.

The source who spoke with NigerianFLIGHTDECK admitted that the current situation was not the best but that the management was doing all it can to ensure seamless facilitation.

A source had revealed that the conveyor belt would work and stop at intervals leading to backlogs which in turn caused the delay.

However, the terminal operator says flights have started operating seamlessly and that the conveyor belt issue will be worked on and both airlines and passengers can be rest assured that the current situation will not linger more than it already has.

” It is not true that nothing is being done, we are trying to sort this out and it may look like nothing being done but I assure you BASL wants to ensure that these challenges are a thing of the past and I btell you, pretty soon, maybe sooner than you think it will be past tense.”
